~Plot~ It was already hot. The desert shimmered in front of her eyes. Dry wind blew the sand into her face. Grit clustered in her eyes and she blinked furiously to rid it. Her navy outfit fluttered around her. White feathers loosed themselves from her wings and floated away with the sand and wind. Hey long sandy brown hair tangled in the zephyr. No, she shouldn't. But she was. Her wings beat against the wind, carrying her in the direction of the city. Why? Why was she doing this? She was an angel, she should stay in her place, up in the skies. But wasn't she part of the band...the rebel band...She sighed. Of course she was. And she wouldn't let them down.
And that is just a taste!

Years and years ago, before anyone remembers, we dragons weren't cursed. We could wander amongst the other creatures in the day time, whenever we pleased. Even though we kept mostly to ourselves, we were respected by all the other beings. They considered us to be wise, in youth and in seniority.
But one day that all changed. Strange things had been happening, to all of us. All the lords of the different tribes and groups of creatures had met several times, trying to figure out what was happening. We had no luck. During one of these meetings, a black shadow began to creep across the sky. Looking up, we all gasped - the sun had disappeared!
Sounds came from up there, banging sounds, and when we turned our eyes away for a moment a dry coughing sound caught our attention. Life forms that we had never seen before descended from the sky! They stood in groups in front of us, and began to speak. Oddly, they knew the tongues of all beings, and could speak fluently with all of us.
At first we were delighted to have them, and treated them as gods. The name of their leader was Sun Tooth, and he was honoured above the rest. They began to foresee events . . . disappearances especially. No matter how we tried, we never could counter the attacks. It was as if the very night and day itself stole our tribe-mates away from us.
After the day of the biggest attack yet, Sun Tooth made a promise. He would tell us who was the cause of all of these assaults. A fire was lit, and Sun Tooth and his people began a ritual that we had never seen before. This was different than the others, more focused, rigidly intense. Sun Tooth opened his eyes, only to reveal that they were now pupil-less. He raised a limb and pointed it at us.
[b]"Them! The Dragons! They are the cause of your problems . . . Drive them out and all shall be well!"[/b]
Gasps rose up from the crowd, and uneasy murmurs started up. Us dragons stood there in utter shock - we had done nothing! The leader of the Unicorn's stepped forward, lowering his head as if to ward off black magic.
[b]"Have you, or have you not been stealing away our friends and family?"[/b]
Before anyone else could speak, a young Dragon named Shadow Soul from the Tribe of Darkness stepped up, challenging the wise horse before him.
[b]"You may as well ask if you've been murdering your own foals! We haven't laid a claw on any of you!"[/b]
A snort of dismissive laughter caught the attention of all. Sun Tooth was laughing, his sharp teeth gleaming in the light of the stars. His eyes glowed slightly as they fixed on the large group of dragons.
[b]"I shall send them away if you like - never to return!"[/b]
The old Unicorn stepped back, bowing his head in acknowledgment. He turned his back and walked back to his herd. Nudging them on, they all moved backwards as if afraid by what magic the dragons were going to leave with. Sun Tooth gave the dragons one last, evil smile before chanting. We all blacked out. When we awoke, we were here, in the land with the eternal eclipse.
When we arrived, we were greeted by griffins with whom we made friends. The griffins told us that Sun Tooth was responsible for our troubles, and that he had done the same to them. They were waiting for a chance to escape and make revenge, but the one destined to save them had abandoned them long ago. They were trapped.
But, little ones, there was a prophecy made that day before we were banished here. Over time the prophecy has been lost, but an elder told me before he passed away that it promised redemption for our kind . . . not long from now, little hatchlings, the sun will shine for twenty-nine days. During that time a way to escape will open up, and if we can find it while the sun looks upon us we will escape . . . and make Sun Tooth pay for what he has done!"[/i][/size]

02. YOU CAN HAVE AS MANY CHARACTERS IF YOU WANT, BUT THERE ARE SOME RULES. FOR EVERY TWO FEMALE CHARACTERS YOU HAVE, YOU MUST HAVE ONE BOY. PERSONALLY, I DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE 'ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AT PLAYING GUYS. MAKE ONE ANYWAY AND USE HIM.
04. IF YOU REGISTER A CANON, YOU MUST ROLE-PLAY THAT CANON AT LEAST ONCE EVERY FOUR DAYS. IF I FIND THAT YOUR CANON CHARACTER IS NOT ACTIVE, I WILL GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL BE ABLE TO USE IT MORE. I KNOW THAT NOT EVERYONE CAN GET ON THE COMPUTER EVERY DAY, BUT IF YOU CAN'T GET ON AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK, THEN OBVIOUSLY THIS SITE ISN'T FOR YOU.
